I’m coming into the Insurance Industry with 15 plus years of Customer Service/Sales in Finance and Manufacturing.
I have prior experience with billing, invoicing, and front/back office and customer satisfaction. My focus points were building lifelong relationships with customers/clients by building trust and relationships.
I am married and have 2 children (24 and 16 years), 3 grandkids (7 and the twins are 2 and half). We have 3 dogs that keep us busy for the most part. We enjoy spending time with friends and family. My favorite hobbies are crafts and writing.
