After growing up in Lancaster, PA and graduating from Millersville University, I spent the majority of my career working at insurance companies. I’ve worked in claims, sales roles, and underwriting.

The last ten years were spent as a Sales Manager at Nationwide Insurance. As a Sales Manager, I had the opportunity to recruit, hire, train, and develop new program agents, as well as work with established agencies across Central Pennsylvania. I received numerous awards from Nationwide Insurance, including being named Agency Development Sales Manager of the year, twice.

In my current role as the Chief Operations Officer at The Boyer Agency, I am responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing carrier relationships.

My Wife and I currently reside in Duncansville, PA. We have two cats, Poose & Nene, and two miniature Schnauzers, Dottie & Fritz. I enjoy golfing, smoking meat, and spending time with friends.
