As the Director of HR & Administration at The Boyer Agency, I specialize in administrative tasks & personnel assistance for our 5 office locations. I was initially introduced to the Insurance Industry when I was hired in 2010 to help Kimmel Insurance go paperless with their 3 offices. I progressed quickly to operating the multi-line telephone system & started managing the Agency’s social networks, marketing, & community events.
In 2013 when Chad Boyer obtained the Agency, I pursued my PA Property & Casualty Insurance License. I evolved into more of a technical troubleshooting & customer service role as the Agency’s Operations Manager. Currently working as Human Resources since 2016, I strive to create a positive, structured environment that is essential to both personal & professional growth. I am proud to say that I am SHRM-CP Certified.
Outside of the office I am a multi-year member of the NWTF, PFB, & SHRM. I love animals! I have an aquatic turtle named Bacon. I am also a crazy cat lady & have 5 cats- Meow, Millie, Moe, Pepe, & Garfield. I enjoy donating & being involved in the cat rescue community! Additionally, I am a hardcore Subaru enthusiast & spend my free time reading, visiting state parks, & camping with my family. I am always looking to try something new!
