Rebecca Peduzzi

As the Director of HR & Administration, I specialize in administrative tasks & personnel assistance for our four office locations. I was initially introduced to the insurance industry when I was hired in 2010 to help Kimmel Insurance go paperless with their three offices. I progressed quickly to operating the multi-line telephone system & started managing the agency’s social networks. In 2013 when Chad Boyer took over the agency, I obtained my Property & Casualty insurance license. I evolved into more of a technical troubleshooting & customer service role as the agency’s Operations Manager. Now, working with HR since 2016, I strive to create a positive, structured environment that is ​essential to both the agency ​and​ staff for personal ​and​ professional growth.

 

​Outside of the office I am a really big Subaru enthusiast​! ​I enjoy traveling, attending rally races, going to Subaru events, camping, and relaxing at home with my cats and friends.​
