Rebecca Peduzzi

As the Director of HR & Administration, I specialize in administrative tasks and personnel assistance for our five office locations. I was initially introduced to the insurance industry when I was hired in 2010 to help Kimmel Insurance go paperless with their three offices. I progressed quickly to operating the multi-line telephone system and started managing the agency’s social networks and marketing.

In 2013 when Chad Boyer obtained the agency, I pursued my Property & Casualty insurance license. I evolved into more of a technical troubleshooting and customer service role as the agency’s Operations Manager. Now, working as Human Resources since 2016, I strive to create a positive, structured environment that is essential to both personal and professional growth.

Outside of the office I am a 5 year member of the National Wild Turkey Federation and a 3 year member of the Altoona Volunteer Sportsmen’s Association. I am a crazy cat lady and have five cats- Meow, Millie, Moe, Pepe, and Garfield. I enjoy being involved in the cat rescue community! I am also a hardcore Subaru enthusiast and spend my free time attending outdoor events, camping, and traveling with my fiance.
