Raelyn Kruis

In 2021 I passed my PA Property & Casualty Insurance License Exam and became a Customer Support Specialist at The Boyer Agency. I first started working in customer service when I was fifteen years old. I worked for a local tax office in Blair county where I grew up. I assisted clients over the phone and in person to determine their needs. I enjoyed helping with the paperwork and completing the office’s administrative tasks.

After high school and living in VA for a few months, I moved back to PA. It was then that I became a tax preparer. Now working with insurance, I can use the skills I learned with tax preparation, office administrative tasks, and customer service to help with everyone’s insurance needs.

Outside of the office I love animals of all kinds and sizes. I have a pet snake named Goliath. I enjoy spending time with my husband and extended family. When I am not with loved ones, I spend my time at church. I play some online games, participate in artsy items like painting, or go on a nature walk with my friends.
